Sixteen high school football teams in Massachusetts are looking to become a state champion at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.

The WIAA championship in Washington’s largest classification has come down to the Sumner Spartans (10-3) vs. the Lake Stevens Vikings (13-0). Lake Stevens is the No. 2 seed, and Sumner is No. 5. Opening kickoff is set for 7 p.m. PT on Saturday, December 6 with a live TV broadcast on NFHS Network.

The Boise State Broncos host the UNLV Rebels on Friday as the teams square off for the Mountain West Conference title.

The Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) championship in 6A has come down to the Greenwood Bulldogs vs. the Shiloh Christian Saints. Greenwood boasts the best quarterback in the state in Utah commit Kane Archer, who’s completed 264 of 349 passes for 3,212 yards and 30 touchdowns this season.

The defending state quarterfinalist DeSoto Eagles (10-3) and Willis Wildkats (11-2) will clash in a highly-anticipated rematch when they meet Saturday afternoon at McLane Stadium in Waco for a UIL Texas Football State Championships 6A D2 quarterfinal.

In Class 3A, the championship has come down to two undefeated titans — Avonworth vs. Northwestern Lehigh. The winner will be crowned as the 2025 PIAA 3A state champion. This is a rematch of last year’s 3A state championship game, which Northwestern Lehigh won 36-33.
