When I called tech support, the representatives were unable to evaluate problems. Instead, tech support entered tickets. I don't believe I received a response to any of these tickets.
Their tech support is utterly worthless. The people they hire to answer their support calls are completely unknowledgeable and just read the scripts on their screen.
Shaw tech support said that the system gets clogged during peak times (evenings) and there is no timeline for a proper fix. That has been going on for over a year since I signed up.
