By default, one notch on the scroll wheel skips over 3 rows. As my rows are large (only 3 show at a time) one scroll skips a whole page. I would like it to only scroll 1 row at a time. JPEG files usually cannot be opened by Wordpad because they are not text or Rich Text documents. They're image files and of course they won't be decipherable when opened in Wordpad. You need to open the jpg file in an image viewing program like Paint or IrfanView.
